Mind Body Empire is working with high-fit seniors, older competitive athletes and sports-minded older adults to deliver specialized exercise programs that combat the effects of osteoporosis, arthritis and other age-specific conditions. We take a holistic approach to train safely and effectively, and incorporate appropriate modifications and techniques to prevent muscle deterioration, improve bone strength, and boost quality of life.
This program requires a 3-month minimum of participation.
