David Silva, CEO & Founder.

David has more than 20 years of experience as Personal Trainer, and a deserved prestige as Nutrition & Fitness Coach.

His alma mater is the Federal University of Minas Gerais, where he got a degree in Sport Science.

David is a certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Nutrition coach, and corrective exercise specialist, with continuous training and specialization studies, validated by the National Academy of Sports and Medicine, Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and P-90x, among others.

David specializes in helping clients of all ages surpass their goals to reach their highest potential.
